Southside Industrial Park

Argentia Southside Industrial Park is a fully services 41-lot industrial park. It offers more than 500,000 square feet of building space (300,000 square feet is currently under rental/lease contracts) that is ideally suited for office space, warehousing, or small scale manufacturing.

Potential tenants have the choice of locating to an existing structure or constructing a new building on a serviced lot. A number of existing buildings are ready for occupancy or can be renovated to meet tenant needs. All lots are accessed through a paved road network and have water, sewer, electrical service and easy access to the port facilities.

Argentia Management Authority is willing to discuss modifications to lot sizes and shape to meet tenant requirements.
