Argentia Harbour is located on the east side of Placentia Bay. Click here for a satellite view of Argentia at Google Maps. The harbour is entered between Low Room Point and Broad Cove Point and extends 3 kilometres in length southwest to the head of Sandy Cove. The navigation season is year-round. Argentia has three wharf complexes that can be utilized by shippers: the Navy Dock; the Marine Atlantic Terminal with its roll on/off ramp facility; and the refurbished Fleet Dock, designed to meet many shipper's needs.
