Argentia Industrial Park - Location
The Argentia Industrial Park is comprised of two areas, the Southside
Industrial Park and the Northside.
Southside Industrial Park
The Southside is fully developed and ready for immediate occupancy.
Potential tenants have the choice of locating to an existing structure
or constructing a new building on a serviced lot. A number of existing
buildings are ready for occupancy or can be renovated to meet tenant
needs. All lots are accessed through a paved road network and have
water, sewer, electrical service and easy access to the port facilities
