General Description
The Dunville Building (formerly a vehicle maintenance garage) was built in 1942, and is now owned by Edward Collins Contracting. This single-storey garage has an area of 13,730 sq. ft./1,275 m2 (including a small basement) and has a clear height of approximately 15 ft./4.5 m from the floor to the underside of the roof trusses.

The main shop floor, including a battery room and tire shop, takes up about 8,350 sq. ft./775 m2 of the floor area with a section containing offices, washrooms, and a steel shop occupying the remaining 3.45 sq. ft./320 m2.

A basement area of 1,610 sq. ft./150 m2, below the office section space which could be utilized for storage rooms or offices.
