 Argentia
has a land mass of 3700 hectares, including 450 hectares of developed
land right on the harbour front. 1,000 hectares remain available
for development. Potential tenants have the choice of locating in
an existing structure or constructing a new building on a serviced
lot.
There are a number of existing buildings that are ready for occupancy
or can be renovated to meet the tenant's needs. These structures
are ideally suited for office space, warehousing or small scale
manufacturing.
Argentia also has developed an industrial park plan that means
a significant number of building lots are available for development.
The Argentia Management Authority is willing to discuss the modification
of lot size and shape to meet the tenant's exact requirements. The
lots are fully serviced with water/sewer, three-phase electricity,
a paved road network and easy access to the port facilities.
